high-touch consulting on marketing, offerings, branding, website, delivery, sales, systems, and automations.
it’s like having a small business guide on speed dial.
Who it's for: Growing small business who are overwhelmed by the details and/or ideas, ready to hire but don't know what to delegate, or know they can streamline their systems and marketing with a little help.
What you get:
Three 90 minute working consulting calls per month (e.g. the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Mondays of the month from 10am-11:30am) Note: these are *working* calls, not just talking calls. If we are adjusting your customer journey, we will be mapping it out in a spreadsheet live. If we are optimizing your clickup or your website, we will be making the changes live.
high caliber templates tailored to your unique systems (don't worry--nothing that looks pretty but doesn't actually function!)
a follow up email + recording after each call (with notes, homework, and applicable resources)
unlimited slack support between calls (on your slack or mine, whichever works best for you)
Where it happens: Calls happen on Zoom, templates are provided in one of: Notion, Clickup, or Google Docs/Sheets depending on your preferred systems. Between call support happens on Slack (yours if you have one, mine if you don't).
Why you need it: In my experience, done-for-you services can be either too specific (you only get a Clickup setup, but they don't look at your other software so nothing works together; a web designer helps with your website, but doesn't talk through the whole customer journey so the site doesn't actually convert, etc) or disempowering if someone sets something up for your business and then you don't know how to use it moving forward.
On the other end of the spectrum, DIY courses and youtube university can only get you so far.
This unique Done-WITH-You container is a whole-business and whole-person audit and refinement over a period of months. This allows me to really go deep with you and get to know your unique business + help you actually get positive momentum in your business while creating and refining systems, software, strategy, launch plans, and marketing that works for YOU.
How it will help: Getting the foundational pieces of your business right from your project management software to your marketing plan to how and what to delegate is crucial to set you up for success. Clarity is the key to growth that feels good and takes your business where you actually want to go!
You'll gradually go from chaos to clarity over the course of 6 months in your business with support that actually works.
STRATEGY session
This 90 minute 1:1 Zoom is a chance to talk through whatever you are struggling with in your business from marketing to offerings to systems to hiring to delivery.
We'll work to find clarity, identify your next right steps, and create a plan to get you where you want to go.
Strategy sessions are great for solo entrepreneurs and CEOs of growing businesses that need help cutting through the overwhelm to solidify their strategy for launching, growing, shrinking, or changing their business.

This two hour 1:1 Zoom is a chance to go through every page of your website with fresh, experienced eyes and identify places that lack clarity, are not optimized for conversion, or are technically insufficient.
Whether you are looking for more traffic, more conversions, or a better first impression for potential customers, we can identify stumbling blocks and make a plan to fix them throughout your site. Website audits are great for small businesses who have created their own website, but need a little help to take it to the next level.

MARKETING magic
This three hour 1:1 Zoom is a chance to create a repeatable 90 day marketing plan from the ground up.
Together, we’ll identify your marketing channels, your content cadence, your pillars, and your calls to action. Then, we will craft a 90 day plan that leaves you 100% confident about what you are marketing when, and allows you to make a few tweaks and reuse the same plan for every subsequent quarter.
Marketing magic is perfect for small business owners who are tired of guessing what to post and long for a cohesive marketing plan, but don’t know where to start.

I’m what you might call a jane-of-all-trades or a multi-passionate entrepreneur and I have opened and closed several successful businesses. Ask me what dog training, rock hounding, and coding have in common—you won’t be the first! From 2019-2024, I ran a dreamy li’l brick and mortar shop called Freehand Market. I absolutely loved running a shop, and it also landed me in a long lasting phase of total burnout (I’m still actively recovering, TBH).
When it was time to slow down the pace, I closed Freehand and focused on consulting, which is my current passion. Now I’m on a mission to help other small business owners to wrangle their businesses.
While I was never a rodeo queen, I am a lifelong horse girl and when I’m not working on my laptop I am often mucking stalls. I’m a 6/2 Projector according to Human Design, a 4 wing 5 according to the enneagram, and a Cancer Sun, Pisces Moon, and Gemini Rising according to Astrology.
I am fascinated by the intersection of intuition and data in business planning. You’ll often find me asking both intuition-driven questions like “which option feels more right in your gut?” and data-driven questions like “how does the conversion rate compare for those two options?” to get to the bottom of the next best move for my clients.
